Description

This has now been implemented in its basic facilities. Pass -t euLaw as a commandline option to switch to the EU law parser instead of the Federal law parser. It currently works only with complete law acts published in the Official Journal, that is, "consolidated law acts" which have not as such been published in the Official Journal do not work yet. Luckily, the European Parliament's policy is to republish changed law acts every few years in the Official Journal again as a new law act, making this problem not a too big one.
