City of Sharp-upon-Abyss Background Music

Background music track for Oak Fortress.
Oak Fortress is seat of the Council and the city state of the mages. I think that this background music should have some ephemeral cling to it. The sound you have when you snip against a glass of half full with water would be actually nice to be used in it. Maybe some use of bells fits here? In any case, I would very much favour something that makes you feel the magic in the air.

I have changed my mind about the appearance of Oak Fortress, see here. The etheral athmosephere the music described in this ticket conveys should however be useful elsewhere. I note it now for Sharp-upon-Abyss, the city at the edge of the only bridge crossing the Abyss of Fairy Land (it's a little western from the the map's centre).
